This property also has contactless entry, meaning you do not need to be physically greeted by the owner to receive the keys to enter this property.
We are advising all our owners and guests that we recommend they offer staggered checkin/outs to ensure there is adequate time between any two bookings to allow for a full and proper clean for your safety.

5 Double Bedrooms, 3 Doubles on the 1st floor in the main house. 2 Doubles on the 1st floor in the barn. Sleeping 10.

Bathroom with claw foot bath, walk in shower, heated towel rail, wash basin and toilet. On ground floor.
Lounge/Dining room with open fire, large leather sofas, flagstone floors, 46' flat screen TV (with Satellite) , WiFi, music system. Antique style oak dining table and leather chairs to seat 8. Highchair on request.
Additional Sitting room with sofas, TV, Wii console, iPod docking station, board games, DVD, Xbox. On 1st floor.
Hallway oak staircase with Cruck frame and pegged beams and oak floorboards.
Kitchen Luxury with state of the art cooking appliances, granite worktops, central Island as worktop or breakfast bar, church pew-style seating, oil fired Aga on request (2019 - £60 per stay, 2020 - £100 ), double electric oven, induction hob, larder fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Belfast sink, flat screen TV and door to porch.

Laundry room with washing machine and drying facilities.
In the Barn:
Lounge/Kitchen/ Dining room open plan with shaker-style oak units, electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. Country style table, chairs and benches to seat 8, wood burner, comfortable leather sofas, 30' flat screen TV with home cinema system, oak patio doors on both sides leading to terrace with outdoor seating for alfresco dining and spectacular views down the valley.
Bathroom with flag stone floor, double walk-in shower, claw foot bath, heated towel rail, wash basin and toilet. On the ground floor.
Grounds enclosed lawns and large stone terraces with BBQ's, comfortable luxury garden furniture and a Hot Tub. Exceptional views of Hay Bluff behind and valley views in front.
Hot Tub on request at £155 per week, £120 for 3-night breaks in 2019. In 2020 the hot tub is included in the rental price, but please still call us to add the Hot Tub to your booking.

Beautiful location nestled on the edge of moorland within a horse shoe of imposing Brecon beacons. Excellent clean spacious accommodation which surpassed our expectations. Dark sky experience just amazing.
