Hafan Deg was a warm and comfortable home from home - the star of the show was its great location, sea views and lovely light aspect. All in all it offered a great base to explore Anglesey and a week just wasnt quite enough!

Lovely accommodation- a real home from home. Beautiful location. Just minutes from the coastal path and the beach. We saw people wild swimming, kayaking and water boarding from the bay.The rest of the island with its many attractions is easily accessible. However if you just want to take things easy there are plenty of places to relax at Hafen Deg - the lounge with its eclectic mix of seats, the garden with its many chairs and tables, the sun room and the terrace overlooking the bay. This is a perfect place for all ages and dogs too!

The cottage is good, in a great location, and the owners have furnished it tastefully. We felt that there were snags that let it down slightly. Cooker was something of a mystery, the super fast hob didn't work (could have been user error though?), the WiFi is inadequate for current needs, the heating coming on at 3:00 in the morning.Special mention for Ami, who looks after the house, who helped one of our party sort out a potential crisis in appalling weather! Thank you!

Thank you for your comments which have been investigated. Having checked the WiFi, we are upgrading to the highest speed for the area from January 2022. The new kitchen in2019 had new appliances and all instructions are in the kitchen drawer. The hob has an isolating safety switch on the wall to the left which may have been turned off. It has been checked and is working. The heating on AUTO goes off at 10.30 pm unless altered. It may have been put on ON which will make it work all night. The new boiler and control were put in in 2019 and were checked at their annual service on 07-12-2021. We appreciate and thank you for your comments about Ami, our housekeeper and for taking the time to raise these issues with us. Our very best wishes Kathie and Neil

Wonderful location. Stunning house and decor. Every need catered for and we all enjoyed our stay. House just smelled a bit damp-bedding and towels.

This really was a quality cottage A beautiful garden well maintained and full of colour. The house was spotless and well equipped we wanted for nothing. The owner even telephoned when we had an unexpected power cut. Every one wanted us to enjoy the experience of Hafen Deg and we did. The wildlife in the garden was spectacular and we very much enjoyed watching the bats that roosted beneath the tiles ,`The robin which shared our breakfast each morning was fearless, even the dogs were in awe of him.

Went to Benllech, walked on the beach, did a little shopping in Tesco and bought fish & chips for dinner. Hafan Deg is in a beautiful location and the views are hard to match. Our every need has been catered for and we have had a relaxing break. Thanks so much.

Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful holiday home in such a lovely setting. The boys would have happily spent the whole week searching the rock pools in the bay! Hope to be back again soon.

All I can say is when we arrived our first words were 'OMG - fab!'. What a wonderful place this is. We have felt at home from the word go. It is relaxing, quiet and situated in a great area. We had the pleasure of seeing dolphins out at sea when at the lighthouse. Coastal path walks are a must. Looking forward to our next visit already.

A whole week of amazing weather. The house is lovely, well kitted out, very clean and unbeatable access to beach. Had some good trips out - can recommend Beaumaris Castle, Llynnon Mill and Copper Museum at Amlwch. Lligwy beach is great for kids (and dogs), miles of sand and shallow water. Thank you for such a lovely house.
