Contemporary, 2 bedroom luxury chalet lodge set in the countryside of Anglesey – thoughtfully designed to offer stylish, relaxing holiday accommodation. Not suitable for children.

  • Enter the property through private wooden gates at the top of the drive, to find this immaculate luxury lodge. Located in a lovely elevated spot with stunning panoramic views of the Snowdonia mountain range and surrounded by the countryside and green fields.
  • When you step inside Perthi Lodge after a busy day of adventures you’ll be greeted by a bright, open plan living space that makes an impressive place to spend time together.
  • Open plan interiors with patio doors onto balcony decking with dining table and chairs for sitting out and enjoying meals while observing the sublime views. There are also 2 beautifully appointed double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms.
  • At the rear of the lodge and through the side gate you have a large lawn with patio and seating area. It is completely private and an ideal spot for a barbecue on a sunny day or just unwind anytime and admire the views.
  • The caring owners live nearby but not intrusively, guests will be welcomed with freshly baked cakes and eggs from their own hens. 
  • Situated in the centre of the island, this is a perfect location for exploring and is an ideal property for couples or friends to enjoy. This is a great cycling area - bring your bikes and keep them in the shed next to the chalet.


Malltraeth Walking/Cycle Path
  • This path is well signposted and goes across the estuary to Newborough Forest Nature Reserve  - a birdwatchers paradise with 'hides' placed in woodlands, ideal for quiet observation. Look out for the red squirrels which thrive on the island.
  • Aberffraw is but a pleasant drive away with a sublime beach and bird filled estuary. Further up the coast are the popular resorts of Rhosneigr and Trearddur Bay. Possibly one of the finest beaches in Britain is to be found at Newborough Beach and Llanddwyn Island with miles of pristine sands, clean clear water and dramatic mountain views across to the mainland.
Funsport Rhosneigr
  • What a fabulous location for wind surfing, stand up paddle boarding, kite surfing and surfing. Learn the necessary skills with the experts at Fun sports on Beach Terrace.
Anglesey Riding Centre, Tal y foel
  • Explore the glorious Anglesey countryside on horseback. Rides and hacks over private bridleways beside the coast on well schooled ponies and horses is a joy. Riding with a lead rein, 1 hour and longer rides possible. 
Ffestiniog and West Highland Railways
  • Hop aboard one of these delightful steam trains in Porthmadog to ride through the stunning Snowdonia National Park. A wonderful day out for all.
Beaumaris Castle
  • Take your would be knights in shining armour and beautiful princesses to spend a morning or an afternoon in this beautiful ancient castle beside the Menai Strait.
Foel Farm Park
  • Meet and feed a variety of animals on a real working farm, in a fabulous setting. Youngsters will love the tractor and trailer rides, quad bikes, pony rides and mini trailer rides. Enjoy refreshments in the family friendly Cafe & Bistro and make sure you leave enough time to visit the Chocolate Workshop.

  • Experience thrilling and informative award winning boat trips from Menai Bridge. Choose from Bridges and Swellies, Puffins and Seals, Castle and Islands or an Around Anglesey Adventure. Great fun for the whole family.
Pili Palas
  • Enjoy the enchanting world of butterflies,birds, bugs, plants and animals in this enthralling all weather attraction. 
  • Newborough is home to the hugely popular award winning Marram Grass. Don't be put off by the appearance of what looks like an old shed, the food is superb and the restaurant made it into 2016 Good Food Guide. 
  • Also in Newborough is The Codmother for great fish and chips. There are also several pubs near the property and at Menai Bridge, Dylan's set on the Menai Straits, is recommended (booking advisable). There is an Asda in Llangefni 3 miles from the property and a Waitrose in Menai Bridge.
Oriel Ynys Mon (Art Gallery) 
  • Llangefni is well worth a visit and exhibits works by renowned Welsh artists with a permanent exhibition of Sir Kyffin Williams's work which he donated to the gallery and also priceless works of Charles Tunnicliffe. There is an interesting shop and a good cafe are attached to the gallery.
Llynnon Mill
  • This has the only remaining working windmill on the island where once there were dozens. Enjoy watching bread being baked in the traditional way and buy freshly ground flour for your own baking. In the woods nearby are re-constructed pre-historic roundhouses which depict life on the island 3,000 years ago.
Plas Newydd House & Garden (NT)
  • Located at the edge of the Menai Straits is this beautiful Gothic Manor house which is full of interest including the fascinating wall murals by the artist Rex Whistler. The star of the show however are the beautiful sloping lawns with their mature variety of trees and shrubs. The views are amazing looking across the beautiful Straits to the woodlands on the mainland, Snowdonia beyond and Robert Stephenson's mighty Brittannia Bridge.
