The historic village of Dolgarrog is located between Conwy and Trefriw in the stunning setting of the Conwy Valley. The beauty of Snowdonia is undeniable, and our holiday cottages in Dolgarrog offer the perfect base for you and your loved ones to enjoy the trip of a lifetime. Spend your holiday exploring the local history at St. Mary’s Church and the Canovium Roman Fort, before heading into the village to explore the local cafes, galleries and quaint shops for a trinket of your trip.
Legend has it that Dolgarrog was once home to a flying dragon named Y Garrog who loved to graze in the local meadow. However, today, this fantastic destination is known for the latest state of the art surf lagoon, Surf Snowdonia. This is a wonderful activity for all surfing abilities and allows you to put your skills to the test away from the coast.
