Coastal farmhouse on working farm near Aberdaron and Whistling Sands on the tip of the beautiful Llyn Peninsula.
Handsome Hendre Uchaf is a fabulous coastal farmhouse with breathtaking panoramic views over the southern tip of the Llyn Peninsula close to Aberdaron and Whistling Sands.
The huge open plan kitchen/dining room was made for socialising. The perfect spot at the heart of the home for holiday meals - throw open the patio doors on warm days and extend your living space into the garden. The sunsets from the patio are fantastic.
Two comfortable and characterful sitting rooms, one with exposed timber beams and inglenook with log burning stove, the other with leather sofas, TV and access to the garden provide ample space for rest and relaxation. One for adults and the other for excited children perhaps?
The four spacious bedrooms with comfy beds, restful pastel decor and timber floors each have their own character and style.
Dogs are welcome and will surely love the spacious enclosed garden, perfect for family fun.
You can admire more of the wonderful views with a Coast Path walk, leave the car at home and start your walk on the footpath on the doorstep to join up with the Coastal Path.
Best of all the seaside village of Aberdaron with shops, cafes, restaurants and lovely sandy beach is less than a mile away, just 2 minutes by car and glorious Whistling Sands beach (cared for by the National Trust) is 2.8 miles just 10 minutes by car.

Kitchen/Dining Room luxury fully fitted country style kitchen with cooker (electric double ovens), gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge (no ice box ). Refectory table seating 9. French doors out on to patio - wonderful views.
Utility Room washing machine. Freezer in small passage way between kitchen and lounge.
Lounge 1 large inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, TV and radio, staircase to 1st floor to the 2 En-Suite bedrooms.
Lounge 2 Victorian style fireplace (not in use) with electric fire, 3 seater brown leather sofa, 2 easy chairs, TV/DVD, CD and large patio doors with lovely views.
Grounds improved road access, enclosed garden with lawns, 2 patio areas with wooden garden furniture.
NB toddlers and older children must not be allowed to wander in the fields or farm buildings above the property - cattle and sheep.

A wonderful holiday home in a fantastic location. It was comfortable, spacious, cosy & welcoming with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The weather wasnt kind to us but we still enjoyedy beach walks every day, our favourite being Whistling Sands, and cosy evenings by the log burner.
This was our second visit to Hendre Uchaf, this time with extended family following the recent birth of our two granchildren, they and we loved it. Just one of many highlights, if lucky with the weather, is watching the sunset over Whistling Sands (Porth Oer) from the patio, magical. 9 mackeral caught off the rocks above Aberdaron, delicious for breakfast. Highly recommended.
A nice isolated farmhouse with lots of walks from the doorstep. Loved nearby Aberdaron, ideally deserted too.
We had an excellent holiday in Hendre Uchaf, the house was clean, warm and had everything we needed. The views were stunning, especially the sunsets and Aberdaron was a friendly village nearby.
