A first class property, in a lovely location. It contributed greatly to our enjoyment of the area. We have not stayed in a more comfortable one. Thank you too for the carefully prepared ‘guidance notes’

We have had a wonderful stay in such a lovely home. We were really lucky with the weather – not one drop of rain! We have had great fun enjoying the local area – Llanberis and Snowdon Railway, The Rabbit Farm, Pwlheli and Criccieth (Cadwalladers was by far my 3 year old’s favourite with amazing ice cream and waffles.) And we cannot forget the fun we’ve had in Aberdaron itself. You couldn’t wish for the beach to be any closer – just hours of fun for a little boy with bucket and spade. Thank you for such a well equipped home – toys, books, dvds and scooters! Really helped to keep an energetic 3 year old entertained! Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return!

We have been coming to the Lleyn Peninsula on holiday for many years – but this is the first time we have stayed in Aberdaron. We could not have stayed in a better cottage – quiet, very close and convenient for the Village and the beach – with all the comforts of home! Thank you; we have had a great time. PS. Thank you for providing us with milk and lovely fruit cake on our arrival. It was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

Had a wonderful week in the best equipped holiday home we have ever stayed in. Fabulous location, with a lovely big garden where Adam could run around in.

  • Llangwnadl look out for the turning to Porth Colmon, this is a delightful early Tudor church set in a small wooded gully I stopped here on a perfect May morning and was enchanted by the graveyard bursting with Spring flowers, trees just coming into leaf and a riot pf birdsong - pure bliss!
  • Northward along the Peninsula is the tiny church of Pistyll 3 miles north of Nefyn this 12th Century church open in the Summer its floors strewn with straw and walls adorned with medical herbs as in the times of pilgrimage.
  • If driving up towards Caernarfon the imposing large church at Clynnog Fawr is worth visiting also this was the main assembly point for pilgrims for the last stretch of their journey.
  • In Aberdaron itself the church stands precariously on the cliff edge a special spot notice the Norman archway at its entrance all that remains of the original church.
