Lovely cake, fizz and butter on arrival. Thank you. We were lucky to get such good weather at the weekend should've been prepared knowing how the weather changes but... burnt red faces amongst us! We enjoyed a buttie at the Golf Course (open to all) cheap, cheerful and delicious. Cliffs Inn all done up very nice. The chippy down the road is really good. Must do! Found places we've never been to. Got a guide book. You must go to the old slate village now a Welsh Language Centre, Nant Gwrtheyrn. Lovely walk, lovely views.
Dear Captain's House, What a lovely house you are! You welcomed us with cake and bubbles; this was a good sign. We split up to explore with happy voices and we each wanted every room we saw. I will be copying some of your finer touches I have taken photos to be sure I get the right note. This was the perfect setting for my mum's 60'th and nephew's 6th birthdays. We ate together, took walks, sailed kites and spent all day barbecuing on the beach. The house is well equipped and exudes happy vibes. Thank you with all our hearts.
Had a lovely week in this house - thank you for the cake, butter and fizz! Visited a few of the beaches in the area & the weather permitted a couple of bbq's in the garden. Beautiful house & well equipped - everything we could have hoped for. Thank you.
Mrs Lavender has just left Captains House after a week's holiday. She was delighted with the property and phoned the office to say:
She loved the decor and the layout throughout the house, and found it to be of excellent standard. Her grandchildren loved the board games and video games provided, which gave many hours of distraction. She was very impressed with the cleanliness. She also mentioned that the owner was very pleasant and helpful too.
Overall Mrs Lavender rated the holiday and property 5/5. and would love to go on family holidays more often.
We stayed here to celebrate an 80th birthday. Three generations all had a wonderful time. The house has everything we needed for a family party and the sun shone all week so we got to enjoy the beautiful beaches. Thank you
