Clean and well-equipped and very handy for the beach. The two big bedrooms with en suite were excellent. BUT:Some of our party couldn't travel in the end and this was helpful because it isn't really big enough for 10, with room for only 6 round the dining table and limited easy chairs. To seat 7+ for dinner, you have to erect a collapsible table and chairs in limited space. Also the smallest double bedroom was limited in space and storage. All in all, we felt that it was far too cramped for the claimed level of occupation. Even 8 would be tight, even if some were children.
