The craggy mountain of Cadair Idris in the heart of Snowdonia is hidden between the popular towns of Dolgellau and Machylleth. As the second most popular mountain in Wales (after Mount Snowdon) the hike up to the peaks offer a challenge for avid walkers, who will be rewarded by the breath-taking scenes that lie beneath. Dolgellau also offers an array of walking paths through the natural beauty of Snowdonia.
