Generally, Fron Cottage was lovely, cosy accommodation and the views were great. However, there were a few improvements that would have enhanced our stay. A few more hooks would have been helpful, a towel rail in the bathroom, a clothes horse for damp clothes (the weather was very wet !!!!! ) and the fan in the bathroom came on automatically, when you entered the bathroom and this proved very annoying, especially at night, as it would wake us up. The position of this cottage was such that with a few improvements, it could have a real 'wow' factor.

The cottage is true to its description and the pictures are an accurate reflection of the property.Generally it is comfortable and is well equipped and was absolutely spotless. Some of the interior is a little bit dated and could do with a face lift. The electrical appliances in the kitchen left us a bit frustrated such as a toaster that didn't toast and a cooker that after the first attempt of using we decided not to bother! The beds were clean and comfortable ( a little firm) but gave us a good nights sleep.I would definitely recommend this cottage, but would point out the little niggles.

Lovely old cottage, beautifully clean and comfortable. Perfect garden for our two Dachsunds, it was very secure. The views are spectacular and the area is so quiet.

What fabulous views from the cottage, which is so comfortable and warm – needed this week as we have had such mixed weather. We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We have been coming to Porthmadog for 20 years. Now I have found this cottage one of the best we have stopped in. It's lovely and cosy, very spotless and clean and heating fantastic. Our little Daschhund, Tiger, has loved it so much. Excellent 5 star cottage .Will come again. Thank you very much, we will recommend it to our friends.
