Guide to Llangennith

Llangennith is a small village situated on the gorgeous Gower Peninsula. Boasting a three-mile stretch of golden sand, backed by dominating sand dunes, the beach is an all-round fantastic attraction for families, outdoor adventurers and watersport enthusiasts. Known as Wales’ ‘surfer’s mecca’, when the tides are right you will find the sea dotted with board riders, and when the swell is good, you can expect to see waves as large as 10ft tall!

The village has a dog-friendly 17th-century pub, the Kings Head Inn, which serves fantastic pub food which is made where possible, from the finest locally sourced ingredients, alongside their great range of meals, they serve a large selection of Real Ales, produced in their own brewery.
