It was ok. Parking was a pain.
An amazing cottage with an awesome view. Very spacious with everything you could need. Comfortable, clean, spacious within walking distance of lovely restaurants and awesome coastal paths. In summer it must be beautiful. One niggle is parking. I called twice to ensure there was enough parking and was assured there was ample street parking. Had my mother accompanied me, it Would have been a disaster as we couldn't find parking. Neither could we stop alongside to offload as the road outside is extremely busy. We parked far away and when we loaded the car to leave we went into the apartments alongside and got verbal from a resident which made for an awful feeling to leave on. I don't think the owner should mislead like that. The place itself was 100% in a stunning location.

Thank you for your review we are glad that you loved the cottage, however, we will be looking into the wording on our website regarding the parking.
Warm & well appointed. It would be helpful to have oven gloves, a measuring jug and weighing scales in the kitchen. Not everyone eats out! The description of the property on the website should not state that there is ample parking in Norton Avenue because there is not. We were lucky to get the last space at the top of another road which meant lengthy trekking to and fro to unload the car on arrival. And that was in November; one imagines it would be a lot worse in the summer. Furthermore, there is no parking space in front of a garage (or if there is we did not see it) so this should be deleted from the description of the property (or the visitor information should explain exactly where it is).
