  • At the end of a private lane in the little village of Southgate, this house is perfectly positioned for enjoying the golden sandy beaches of The Gower Peninsula and the delights of Mumbles - a real seaside village complete with lighthouse and lifeboat station, great for surfers and beach lovers.

  • Enter through the shared lobby, to the right Little Pobbles makes an ideal spot for a small family or grandparents, a kitchen/lounge/diner on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor.  There is a versatile super king/twin room as well as a triple room with adult bunks and a divan.  Shared bathroom.
  • Across the lobby, the large house to the left has fantastically versatile accommodation  The first-floor bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and zip and link/twin super king-sized beds. On the ground floor, there is a cosy family suite with a king sized bed and single divan, this room has its own full bathroom and overlooks the well-tended gardens. In addition, there is another double bedroom and full bathroom on this level.
  • The real stars of the show of this house are the lounge and kitchen/diner. There is seating for at least 14 in both rooms and bags of room for children to play and dogs to loll around. 
  •  The kitchen is well fitted with ample storage space, large appliances and a Rangemaster stove to cater for every occasion.  Leading off here is the storeroom with both rear and front access, perfect for provisions, golf clubs, bicycles and surfboards.  
  • The spacious lounge has an enormous fireplace complete with log burner.  The artefacts and paintings of the owner's exotic travels adorn the walls and the garden beckons enticingly through the large windows.
  • To the rear, leading off the lounge through French doors is a sun trap of a conservatory, which leads out onto the vast terrace, with 2 quality BBQ's and generous outdoor seating, the scene is set for long lazy days with time to chill and chatter.
  • The garden is brimmimg with perennial plants and is a real sun trap.  There is an antique 360-degree summerhouse, magical for children and a little spot of heaven with a good book and a glass of wine.
