3 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6. 2 Double and a Twin (Small Singles), both with sea views and TV's and en suite shower rooms (large shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin). 1 Double with Kingsize bed overlooking rear garden with dressing area and separate shower room (shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin). All on 1st floor. Spacious landing with sofa.

The house was very clean and well equipped but the noise from the road was a major issue for us and disrupted our sleep all week. It was also pretty inconvenient to have to bring our own towels, and unusual nowadays. The light bulb in one of the bedrooms was missing, and a snag in the chest of drawers ripped a pair of trousers. Lastly, the house was listed as having barbecue facilities but actually only a couple of disposables were provided and nowhere to put them other than on the floor.

If you've ever visited a holiday cottage before, you most likely have seen a guestbook in the property for guests to leave a review for others when they arrive. Each of the following comments was lovingly left by people just like you in the guestbook left at Ynys House.
We stayed at Ynys house for a long weekend during Easter. It was a last minute booking but we had been very pleased with the property. Very clean, plenty of space, with a variety of rooms to save falling over each other and all the items you need in place to enjoy your stay. Parking was no issue and there are plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants, etc. to ensure no one goes hungry. We had never been to this part of Wales previously, but found Aberaeron an excellent base to explore the very many interesting and beautiful sites.
Tasteful and comfortable house. We've had a great week and mostly great weather!

We have all had such a wonderful & relaxing break. The house is beautiful- It has a lovely feel to it that made us feel right at home. We are sad to leave. Hopefully we will be back another day. X
