Quay View is perfectly situated with wonderful far reaching sea views and a short walk into the town for bars, restaurants, local shops, beaches and boat trips from the pier. The house is lovely, spacious, well equipped, stylish and comfortable. Safe easy parking on the quiet road parking opposite the front door and the terraced garden were a real bonus.Owners made friendly helpful informative contact by text which was much appreciated.Good access to the beautiful coast path for walking, bird watching and wild flowers, easy driving to Cilgerran Castle, Teifi Valley, Llancheron etc. Ended most days with a glass of wine on the terrace watching dolphins in the bay!We loved it and hope to return someday

We arrived on Saturday 28 September for a week of relaxation and exploring New Quay and the surrounding area; as soon as we arrived and saw the view from the road outside we all fell in love with the magnificent bay and New Quay. The inside of the house is amazing; a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with all the crockery, pans and utensils needed and more; the washer and dryer was so handy too! Two lovely reception rooms with comfortable furniture and televisions in both which was handy when one of us wanted to read whilst the others watched a film. The bedrooms were lovely with crisp white bedding and fluffy towels; the front two bedrooms overlook the harbour with breathtaking views whatever the weather; we will all miss waking up and looking out to sea at the ever changing views and watching for dolphins which we were lucky to see on quite a few occasions. We checked the weather before we arrived and the forecast was for torrential rain most of the week; we didn't mind as we had waterproofs and lots of books and films but we were so lucky as we had dry weather on all but one day and sunshine throughout the whole week - we even went on a dolphin tour and were privileged to see dolphins too!The attention to detail at the house is remarkable; we were three old school friends who wanted to relax and catch up and we could not have chosen a nicer house or location. The house actually feels like a home, comfortable and cosy with everything of the highest quality. We loved our week in New Quay in your beautiful holiday home - thank you for making our holiday the perfect break away - if the house is available next year we would like to come back.

We would thoroughly recommend this house. It has a beautifully designed interior which combined with a garden that looks out to sea and thoughtful owners made it one of the best places we have stayed in. And we've stayed in many. The supply of dvds kept the teenagers happy on rainy days
