All facilities provided though it is unfortunate that the property description on the website is incorrect - referring to x 2 bedrooms having en-suite whereas only one does. Hence the reduction in the score provided

Still brilliant! This was our second stay in Quay View and once again it provided a stylish, very comfortable and well equipped base for exploring this part of beautiful west Wales. We enjoyed the coast, Teifi Valleyand Cambrian Mountains as well as the friendly town of New Quay itself with restaurants, local Corner Shop and takeaways just a short walk from the door all feeling covid safe. Great to see it has adapted and busy.Contact from the owners throughout was friendly and helpful.Am sure we will return in the future

Quay View remains a perfect, comfortable and well equipped 'home from home' to revisit this quiet and beautiful part of Wales. Walks and birding, coast, Cambian Mountains and Teifi Valley. Dolphins seen really close from Quay, fish factory and Mwnt. Enjoyed meals at Blue Bell, Pepper Pot (advise bookings well ahead) and 1147 a Cardigan Castle and cold takeaways lagers on the quay of a sunny evening. Sure to come again...

All five of us were impressed with the property, well equipped kitchen which impressed my husband as he is the cook of the family. The quality of bedding, towels and furnishings are top notch. We had a comfortable and relaxing week and the added bonus of a fantastic view, we enjoyed it so much we promptly booked for a week in October.

We had a wonderful week in Quay View, New Quay. The house is beautifully decorated and situated in an outstanding location that is walking distance to the seafront and key local amenities. We particularly liked the outside seating where you can take in the sea views for miles and watch the world go by.We agree with the owners the Pepper Pot Bar & Grill which is a short walk away is a must - do book as it's popular. And we loved the Blue Bell Deli for coffee and cake. If you have a baby recommend a baby-carrier over a pram as it's easier to get around some of the steeper parts of town/into small shops on the seafront that have steps to enter. Having booked other houses during the past year - we were particularly impressed with the excellent communication of the owners pre and post visit, and the lovely welcome guide with thoughtful tips and advise to make your stay special.Don't hesitate to book - you will have a great time!

18th July 2020

We returned to Quay View for a second break in New Quay. The house is in the perfect location with views of the bay. We were lucky to see the dolphins every day and they can be seen from the house. We can't fault the house- it is well equipped, clean, comfortable and spacious. The hosts are great and shared information, maps and recommendations for places to visit and eat. New Quay has three gorgeous beaches. We parked outside the house and didn't get in the car the whole week. We hope to be back again next year!

26th October 2019

A perfect break away. Just what we needed. Quay View is beautiful, the views incredible and we saw dolphins so many times.Flowers on arrival were lovely. Thank you.
