This has been one of our favourite familiy holidays. The house is just perfect, the views and location just perfect, wonderful suppers in the fab kitchen and delicious dinners at The Hungry Trout and The Traeth, the locals all so welcoming and friendly. We saw dolphins from the garden (although not on the boat trip!). We will definitely be coming back....oh and fantastic weather was a bonus!

A note from us all. A lovely, well-equipped home. Lovely views, lovely place. Several dolphin sightings and lots of ice-cream. The house, the place, simply fantastic! I would selfishly keep it to myself. The sea was like Dolphin Soup, lot of fish caught and cooked. I can't wait to return!! The best holiday ever.....BRILLIANT! Thank you for the welcome pack.

A lovely few days visiting family. This is the best holiday home we have stayed in by a long way. Will definitely use again in the future. New Quay as lovely as ever - we always seem to be blessed with sunshine.

We have had a lovely week, our third time in this area / Pembrokeshire, but first time to New Quay. Perfect for a traditional family beach holiday. Our dogs loved the enclosed garden and children loved the toys and DVD's. Visits to all the local beaches and attractions went down well. Many thanks.

Had an amazing stay - all really sorry to be leaving, and will definitely book again. Absolutely loved the house - so spacious and clean & well stocked with everything we needed. Particularly grateful for the baby-gates since it was our baby's first time in a "big-bed". Definitely recommend Bosun's Locker for food, and we all enjoyed the Dolphin-spotting boat trip. Beautiful place - Thanks.

We come to New Quay a few times a year, this is by far the nicest house we've ever stayed in - SO glad we found it! We appreciate the welcome package on arrival and was very much appreciative of the Birthday Champagne - it was Beautiful! The view from the property was spectacular and were devastated to be going home! We've officially found 'the best' place to eat by far - (Bosun's Locker). ALL homemade food and cakes - you will NOT be disappointed. There is no question, we're coming back again - Hopefully very soon! Then you so much for a truly amazing experience!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The views from the house and garden are spectacular! We are all really sad to be leaving already! We've had some lovely days out in particular our trip to Devil's Bridge & Falls.....truly spectacular and not to be missed! Our last night was spent at the Seahorse Pub participating in the weekly quiz. Whilst we didn't win this time we will definitely be back to see if we can!! Thank you again....we will be back!

What a wonderful week in a delightful house in the lovely little town of New Quay. The house is so well equipped - the little things like dishwasher tablets and washing powder were much appreciated, as were the tea & biscuits on arrival (not to mention the wine - enjoyed looking at the amazing view as the sun went down). We also really appreciated all the things for kids - they enjoyed playing with all the toys, built lots of sandcastles with your buckets & spades and had a whale of a time overall! We had a great dinner out at the Traeth restaurant - lovely fresh homemade food (especially the calamari, and the puddings were fab too). Fish & Chips from The Lime Crab were good too - huge fish! Do go not too late though as mid-week seemed v. quiet in town & lots not open.

What a fabulous place with amazing views! Thanks so much for the welcoming gifts and the little extras were a real bonus (toys, DVDs and iplayer for CBBCs!!). Definitely hope to return. A couple of spare sets of bedding would have been very useful - for those little accidents.

Thank you for beautiful cake and goodies - very welcome and much enjoyed. House lovely and views on to bay to watch the dolphins a real bonus. Plenty of good eating places. We were blessed with good weather, while the South had torrential rain for days. Murphy dog and Ellie dog loved the beaches. Great holiday - thank you so much.

We have had a fabulous week here at Water's Edge. Loved the patio and amazing sea view. Dexter has had a great time in the garden. We have been very lucky with the weather and are so pleased to have seen the dolphins. Loved the walk to Llanina and the beach there. Lovely walk to Birds Rock. Thank you for the welcome goodies - much appreciated.

What an amazing holiday! The cottage is absolutely beautiful, the perfect place to stay when visiting the stunning New Quay. Ozzy, our puppy, had a wonderful time, as did we all. To top it all off we saw dolphins on the last day. Thank you so much for everything, it truly has been incredible. p.s. thank you for the Welsh Cakes and wine.

This is our 5th time here and the same applies. Fab house, fab location, just love it here. We have already booked for a week next year and will continue to come every year. The weather has been mixed but hasn't stopped us, still managed the beach every day. Tuesday we went down to Cwmtudu (think that's how you spell it) and spotted a baby seal as well as the mummy. Just great. Thanks once again for a fab holiday. Love The Plant family. xx

I visited the property with friends a couple of weekends ago, and had a lovely time. On our first visit to Newquay, it was a treat to stay in such a well appointed and well equip Cottage. Thank you for the welcome pack, we enjoyed the Bara Brith with a cup of tea when we arrived, and the wine with our supper. We met the locals in the Sea Horse, and had amazing cakes in The Blue Bell, over looking the Harbour. Jane highly recommends the Kebabs from the Pizza place at the top of the lane. We had a lovely few days away, in a home from home environment, with amazing views over the bay.

It had everything we needed. Also a surprise welcome pack. A supermarket, 2 x pubs and a take-away pizza are a 2 minute walk away. The beautiful sandy beaches and harbour are approximately less than 10 minutes downhill walk. There's a car-park next to the centre of activities, the harbour area so good for families with children or people with limited movement. I would definitely return as I unfortunately didn't have time to go on a dolphin watch boat.

Such a great relaxing break. Everything you need for a complete home from home experience. Location can't be beaten and neither can the view! Very clean and comfortable. Loved it! Great pubs for food ( a dog friendly pub 50 yards away), great Deli, Butcher and Fish monger 10 mins walk away and fantastic beaches. What more could you want?
