Location could not be faulted, but the property itself is very tired and would benefit from a deep clean as a minimum.

We have stayed at the Artists studio several times now, unfortunately it does need some TLC. However I understand it has now been sold and no longer can be rented so last comment is irrelevent.

The location is superb with stunning views, but we did feel that the Studio needs some attention. The bathroom could do with refurbishment, parts of the apartment were not clean and the settees were not comfortable. There was no up-to-date tourist information, local maps etc.A minor issue, but there were just a few pegs on the line and these were rusty. When was it last inspected? I think the certificate said 2011.

It could have merited at least 4 stars had it been cleaner and better organised. People should also know that parking is problematic.
