Very warm and comfortable cottage with every conceivable amenity. The surrounding gardens and the proximity of the River Cothi made this a very special place and our dogs revelled in the play area and the walks did we!. The community is steeped in history and this added to the ambience. Downsides? ... we expected no wi-fi (no problem) but after having a good mobile signal on arrival we then lost the signal completely on the following day and it never returned. Neighbours (a lovely family) said it was a technical fault that couldn't be immediately fixed. Without a landline available we felt a little bit too isolated but we could always get in the car and drive to Llandovery - 10+ miles.
