A stunning property in a breathtaking location. We spent a wonderful Christmas in this beautiful farmhouse, every need was catered for and a lot of thought has clearly gone into the decor, furnishings, equipment and games room! A great house for entertaining and a great spot for walking off the excesses! We would highly recommend you visit.

A truly amazing and tranquil setting with views across the estuary towards Dylan Thomas' boathouse. The farmhouse is beautifully appointed with a large modern kitchen, new bathrooms and wonderful decor in the bedrooms and lounge. We had a wonderful week here and would visit again and again. Situated on the South West Wales Coast Path we enjoyed scenic beach and cliff top walks."

Thank you very much for letting us stay in your beautiful house, in one of the loveliest and most peaceful places we have ever visited. The view of Llareggub across the water is of special interest to us, and the children loved North beach at Tenby. We hope we shall be able to come back next year. Quite a lot of North beach is in the house now, but we shall try to get rid of it before we leave. All six of us have had a wonderful holiday.

Our first visit to Wales & hopefully first of many. We loved the beaches at Tenby, and Llansteffan. The caves at Pendine & Tenby were enjoyed by all and the local pool at Carmarthen was perfect for a wet afternoon. There is so much to see within just a 40 minute drive of here - Enjoy!

We had a great stay in August. Fabulous house & views. Pendine Sands is well worth a visit and the beach and castle at Llansteffan. Thanks.

We sit here breathing the fresh country air. Enjoying the stunning views our eyes locked in a stare. Oh how beautiful and relaxing. The perfect location for our holidaying. The house magnificent with luxuries galore. Well manicured gardens, we just couldn't ask for more. The sea just a short drive away. The children have enjoyed lots of sand play. We have experienced so much quality time laughing, sharing and playing - even making a rhyme. And now of course we would like to say A massive thank you for such a nice holiday!

Farmhouse was beautiful, an amazing place and location. Would have given 5 stars but cleanliness of downstairs let it down for me. Other than that, I would definitely stau again.

A very large comfortable house with great views over the estuary. Plenty of decent Tv's around the house and well equipped. Quietly located well off the beaten track.

Wonderful views. Plenty of space. Well maintained and very clean.

Alison Deakin - 2nd February 2018

Lovely property. Nice and clean. Good facilities. The only bad point for us was that although it was only a mile to the nearest pub, the roads were so narrow with no pavements that walking (especially with 2 prams and a toddler) was not possible.
