About Druidston Old Farmhouse

Druidston Old Farmhouse is an ideal beach holiday home with stunning views of the St. Davids Peninsula & St. Brides Bay

  • Druidston Beach is a 20-minute walk away by footpath from the Old Farmhouse.
  • With stunning sea views of the whole of the St Davids Peninsula and St Brides Bay from its new first-floor decking and sunroom, the Old Farmhouse is tucked away amongst the trees in the valley above the beach.
  • This traditional detached stone farmhouse has 4 comfortable bedrooms (1 en-suite) sleeping 8 and shower room on the ground floor where your toes will be warmed by under-floor heating.
  • The first floor sitting room retains the feeling of a traditional cottage with sofas and armchairs clustered round the wood burning stove.
  • The modern kitchen/diner is a large room equipped with all you need and with the dining table close by, meal preparation can be a sociable event.
  • The heating system is provided by solar panels and a low-carbon fuel system and the renovation has been done with a focus on sustainability in an attempt to bring an old, loved building into modern use whilst also taking care of the environment.
  • The cottage would always have been a delight but the recently added sun room and deck transform the farmhouse with a more open contemporary style into something quite unique - the views delightful on a balmy summer day and dramatic in a winter blow!
  • This is a house for garden lovers with a professionally designed wilderness garden including wildlife habitats.
  • Druidstone, a charming family & pet-friendly hotel, restaurant and bar with rambling coastal garden sits in an idyllic clifftop location just 15 minutes walk away.

The Old Farmhouse is a lovely mix of superb views, modern facilities and homely comforts. The views are superb, the decked area and sunroom were well used, the garden was beautiful and our whole experience was very enjoyable from start to finish. As an added bonus the Druidston hotel is only a 15 minute walk away! We enjoy walking and the house was perfect for the Pembrokeshire coastal path. We walked for miles! We hope to come back.

Druidston Old Farmhouse is a gem. It is beautifully planned and set out, with the living space on the upper floor with amazing views of the coast (the photos don't do this justice). Everything about the house is generous and felt very comfortable and welcoming. There is so much space. The garden is beautiful with apple trees to snooze under. The walk to the beach takes 20 minutes down the track; quite magical. Absolutely the perfect holiday. Thank you!

Comfortable and well-equipped farmhouse with lovely remodelling of bathrooms and a great kitchen. Best feature is the sun-room with deck and trifold doors to the outside on those gorgeous days. From there the west-facing view is magnificent.

Outdoor Activities and Family Entertainment

  • Pembrokeshire is a magnet for outdoor enthusiasts, the outdoor centre at St Davids originating the term 'Coasteering', coined because the coastline lends itself to the sport's energetic blend of climbing and cliff jumping. Exhilarating boat trips or more leisurely cruises for the less adventurous, are available from many small harbours around the Pembrokeshire Coast.

Boat Trips

  • Boat trips leave from Martins Haven on the Marloes peninsula to visit the internationally important Skomer Island a haven for wildlife and in particular myriad breeding seabirds including comical puffins and hardy little manx sheerwaters. Seals are in abundance too. Alternatively join a boat at St Justinians near St Davids for trips out to rugged Ramsey Island RSPB. At Tenby boats leave from the harbour to visit Caldey Island home to Cistercian Monks.
