Haven View - synonym for perfection - design, landscape, equipment, location. Thanks for welcome gift and flowers. For excellent dining try The Grove south of Narberth.

We have spent many happy hours re-visiting places from previous years. This is the most wonderful home and views we have ever had. Not too sure if the ever changing outlook, the comfort of the house, the wonderful summerhouse or fabulous shower and comfy beds win! Many thanks for the wine and Bara Brith - enjoyed both!

Haven View is a beautiful house with great views from its front windows. Enjoyed watching the ferry dock at night in the fog! We have loved our stay, one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in. Thank you.

Enjoyed the red wine & Welsh cakes, thank you. Exploring the area was great, loved the beautiful beaches & scenery. Lunch at the Jolly Sailor was excellent - huge portions but one can order smaller portions. Lovely views, very friendly. Haven View is a wonderful cottage!

Another fabulous stay in this lovely home, enjoyed the views. We did lots of walking & wrapped up warm to enjoy the beaches. Thanks for the wine and Welsh bara brith. Hopefully we'll be back again!

We used to live in Neyland and this felt just like coming home. A fabulous house - definitely the best we have ever stayed in. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home - did'nt want to leave! Definitely back back next year.

This was our second visit. Forgotten how much we missed the house, the view, the local people. Home away fro home. Aimee's and Tommy's boyfriend and girlfriend loved it too. I can see them doing the holiday themselves now they are all grown up. Too short a time as always. Thank you

What a great home to celebrate Christmas and New year in; home from home. We have thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Pembrokeshire, especially the fantastic beaches. Haven View has been the perfect base for our festive adventure. Thank you for the welcome goodies. Best wishes for 2018.

This property is fabulous. Never known the owner to leave so many treats, you really wanted for nothing. The property was exceptionally comfortable and a fantastic base to explore Pembrokeshire. Views fro the property were breathtaking. Although the weather was not brilliant, we always arrived home to a warm, cosy house. Everything about this property is perfect and hopefully it will be one to return too again and again. Sad to leave such a splendid area which we have never seen before. Definitely recommend.

Best ever holiday let we have been to. Lots of attention to detail. Got balance between home from home but being a holiday let spot on. Outstanding location and stunning estuary views from your arm chair! More than enough equipment in kitchen etc. Lovely warm home.

Property Description
Stylish, luxury house with Haven Waterway views

  • A stunning new detached house with fabulous views across the sparkling Haven Waterway.  Set in the ancient waterside village of Llanstadwell looking out over the broad tidal sweep of the waterway.
  • Skilfully designed to maximise the glorious Waterway views, the house is designed with elegant bedrooms on the 1st floor and an open plan kitchen/dining room and living rooms on the 2nd floor.
  • Beautiful, panoramic views can be enjoyed from the delightful Summer House - a perfect vantage spot to sit and relax and watch the ever-changing Haven Waterway.
  • Furnished to the highest standards and complimented by the excellent décor - the attention to detail throughout creates a wonderful self-catering cottage.
  • Luxury fitted kitchen (with wine fridge) and a dining area with fantastic views.  The elegant lounge has an oil burning stove perfect for cosy nights. Doors from the lounge open into a small study from where there is access across a bridge to the rear lawn. Follow the steep stone steps up from the lawn to the Summer House.
  • The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is on your doorstep and a short walk away along this is the Ferry Inn - great for bar meals in the conservatory overlooking the Waterway.

About the Area

Neyland Marina & Boat Trips to Bird Islands

  • Various boat trips leave from the Marina -  Shearwater Safaris, trips to the bird islands of  Skomer  and Grassholm, Dale Sea Safari Wildlife Adventures, Pembrokeshire Cruising as well as trips exploring the inland 'Secret Waterway' with its quiet inlets, waterside pubs and restaurants.
  • Enjoy a meal in either the 1st floor bar/restaurant or quayside café which overlooks the interesting marina and the multi-coloured yachts in their berths - there is a chandlery here too

Brunel Cycle Trail

  • Starting (or ending) at Neyland Marina Brunel's Trail is  part of the Celtic Trail from Chepstow to Fishguard via Swansea. Traffic-free and well signed, with some gentle climbs, this is a popular shared-use path which links Neyland, once the western terminus of Brunel's Great Western Railway, with Johnston and Haverfordwest.
  • The Trail follows the picturesque Cleddau Estuary through Westfield Pill Nature Reserve, along the now disused Great Western Railway line to Johnston and then north to Haverfordwest along a path which runs parallel to the railway.
Pembroke

  • This historic town has the finest preserved medieval castle in Pembrokeshire (birthplace of Henry VII), and re-enactments and various events take place here throughout the year and was the setting used for some scenes in 'Richard II', part of the BBC's Shakespeare season 'The Hollow Crown'.
  • There are gift and craft shops - do visit The Corn Store with its excellent café,  an excellent delicatessen, several pubs, a fish and chip restaurant/takeaway  and an enormous antique centre housed in a disused chapel.

Mill Pond Circular Walk

  • Take a leisurely stroll around the Mill Pond through lovely deciduous woodland teeming with wildlife - swans, bats and otters. There are sites of historical and architectural interest too including the medieval walls of Pembroke Town itself.
South Pembrokeshire, Marloes Peninsula (NT) & St Brides Bay beaches
  • A short drive away are many of Pembrokeshire's wonderful beaches - over the bridge to the south, Freshwater East, Barafundle and Broad Haven South or west to the Marloes Peninsula and the beaches of St Brides Bay.
  • Marloes Sands is one of Pembrokeshire's finest beaches  - a huge expanse of sand at low tide with interesting cliff formations and rock pools at low tide to explore. Divided into little 'bays' a climb over the rocks at the western end leads to Albion Sands, a perfect little sandy beach.

 Upton Castle Gardens, Cosheston

  • Do enjoy a few hours exploring 35 acres of charming parkland including an arboretum, formal gardens, walled garden and medieval chapel.
'Dawn til Dusk' Rosemarket Golf Club, Rosemarket
  • Keen golfers will love this beautiful scenic countryside course. The club has an integral grass airstrip to welcome visitors from all over the country and promotes a 'Golf for All' policy. The course has mature trees and some rather tricky ponds which love eating golf balls.
Family Days Out
  • Within an easy drive there is a huge choice of  attractions and activities for all ages to enjoy - Folly Farm,  Anna Ryder Richardson's Wild Welsh Zoo, Manor House Wildlife Park, Dinosaur Park, the Blue Lagoon Water Park, The Overhang climbing wall and Heatherton Sports Park.

Gorgeous stylish holiday house overlooking the fascinating Haven Waterway suitable for year round breaks.
