If you've ever visited a holiday cottage before, you most likely have seen a guestbook in the property for guests to leave a review for others when they arrive. Each of the following comments was lovingly left by people just like you in the guestbook left at Railway Cottage.
What a lovely cottage !It is spacious, yet cosy, with a homely feel and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Neyland proved to be a great position for visiting quite a few places. We've had a great week - thank you!
So glad we chose this cottage, as it is gorgeous, well equipped and comfortable. We are regular visitors to West Wales and our first to Neyland. Although the weather had not always been in our favour, it did not stop us from visiting Llangrannog, St Davids, Solva, Tenby and Saundersfoot. We made the most of our time here - would have loved to have used the log burner but not quite cold enough !! Maybe next time ..Thank you for the welcome pack.
We have had a great week at Railway Cottage, so peaceful and relaxing. The cottage is spacious and clean, with lovely waterway views.Mark & Sharon the owners have thought of everything and more ...We have had mixed weather, but at every opportunity made use of the top terrace in the stunning picturesque garden with beautiful mature plants, overlooking the estuary. A perfect getaway from the 'hustle and bustle' of modern day life, to wind down and relax, but within easy reach of places of interest, including beaches and shops. We fully recommend this cottage and location.
We loved the cottage, particularly the decor and comfort, it was so well equipped. Most evenings we spent with a glass of wine on the upper garden terrace - a real pleasure. We took the boys to Newgale Beach, Pembroke Castle, Stackpole and Bosherston Lily Ponds, crabbing at Burton, looking around Neyland - so much to see and do.Thank you for having us !
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Railway Cottage! Beautiful house and ideal location !We highly recommend visiting Bosherston Lily Ponds - one of the most stunning places we have ever visited! It opens out to Broad Haven South, beautiful beach !We also loved Stack Rocks, Green Gate of Wales, Barafundle Bay and St Brides. We also met the owners of Railway Cottage during our stay who were absolutely lovely people.Hope to visit again next year !
