Palm Villa was handpicked by our team to join our portfolio. Here's just a few of the reasons we think you'll love staying in Palm Villa too!
Palm Villa is a detached property perched on the waterside overlooking the Milford Haven waterway, a natural harbour that has been used as a port since the Middle Ages. Once a Royal Navy dockyard, this fascinating part of Pembrokeshire is still bustling with activity, with boats bobbing up and down the waterway visible from the stunning open-plan living space within this stylish property. Sit on the balcony of an upstairs bedroom and watch the waterside action with a glass of wine, or make your way to the nearby popular Milford Waterway, recently upgraded from commercial docks to house some of South Pembrokeshire's finest contemporary eateries.
This beautiful property has been recently and boldly renovated, with cool greys and muted mustards creating a calm vibe inside and framing the beautiful estuary views outside. Tucked quietly up a side street, this property affords views of this popular town and its river while allowing you privacy and tranquility of being on the outskirts of the action.
The open plan downstairs space includes a luxurious lounge with a wood-burning stove and comfortable sofas for relaxing between activities, while the kitchen and dining space sit on the other side of the space, affording the opportunity for making plans while cooking dinner, taking in the views while eating a freshly-made feast, and enjoying family time from every corner of this modern holiday property.
A stylish grey kitchen is full of everything you'd need to cook up a feast for your party - a modern SMEG double oven with hobs sits resplendently between warm oak worktops, and both the dishwasher and fridge-freezer are hidden in the beautiful cabinetry alongside the impressive glass dining table.
There's also plenty of practical space in this elegant house - the utility room is tucked behind the lounge space and houses all the functional necessities of a stay away from home, such as storage space, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer.
Upstairs, the twin room is beautifully decorated and would suit two children or two adults. The double room has a beautiful balcony space for enjoying estuary views and letting in the cool air on summer nights, and the master suite is the star of the show with its own seating area as well as a comfortable double bed overlooking those river views. What a stunning sight to wake up to in the morning!
There are two beautiful bathrooms; the downstairs shower room is compact and contemporary, while the upstairs family bathroom is more spacious, with a bath, drencher shower, and plenty of light from the skylight for watching the stars from your bubbly bath.
3 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6. 1 upstairs Double room with wardrobe, chest of drawers, and door leading out onto a small private patio looking out onto the estuary. 1 upstairs Twin room with chest of drawers and clothes rail. 1 upstairs master suite with King-size bed, sofa, TV, vanity area, chest of drawers, wardrobes, and storage space with large windows looking out onto the estuary.
2 Bathrooms: 1 downstairs shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rails, and mirror. 1 upstairs family bathroom with bath, overhead drencher shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror, and heated towel rail.
Kitchen: brand new, luxury fitted, modern kitchen with grey units, SMEG double cooker with hob, double sink, integrated fridge-freezer, and dishwasher hidden in the units. The kitchen leads into an open-plan dining space with a beautiful glass and oak dining table with two chairs and two benches, seating all 6 guests, with views out of large floor-to-ceiling patio doors looking onto the estuary beyond.
The open plan theme continues into a lounge area with a brick feature fireplace with wood burning stove, two comfortable sofas, a large, wall-mounted TV, a small chair, and a coffee table, as well as stylish art and rugs for decoration.
Small hallway with door to the utility room to your left, and the front door to your right with access to the small street outside.
Downstairs utility room with mirrored storage area, washing machine and tumble dryer, coat hooks, utility cupboards with sink, and a microwave.

Lovely house, great location and good communication. Will definitely use again
The property was spotless and very comfortable. Easy access to the Marina where there are quite a few eating places.
Beautifully decorated and felt like home. Great view too.

Milford Haven is a busy little town overlooking the Cleddau Waterway. The once-thriving docks have been replaced with a picturesque marina with boutique shops and upmarket restaurants such as Foam around the marina, offering freshly-caught fine dining with delightful views. Moored boats and transatlantic liners are known to pop by this enterprising harbour town and the famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path runs right through the town, so you're ideally located to start a day's hiking from here.
The award-winning Torch Theatre has a fantastic cinema, restaurant, and bar, and is a great place to spend rainy days at the cinema or decadent evening watching plays. There's also a bowling alley along the waterfront for kid-friendly (and big kid-friendly) activities, as well as supermarkets for stocking up on essentials. The maritime and heritage museum is well worth a visit, showcasing the rich history of Britain's most ancient port with an interesting audio trail and displays explaining the varied occupation of port workers over decades of transformation.
A visit to Pembrokeshire must include a trip to some of its stunning beaches, and a mere few miles from your accommodation is Sandy Haven, Herbranston, where a slipway gives way to miles of open sand. This dog walker's paradise is usually more peaceful in the busy months than other larger beaches and has a small free car park. You are, of course, only a 30-minute drive to one of the most famous beaches in Wales, Freshwater West. This is the location of many a famous film, however, it's most fondly known as Dobby the House Elf's resting place - for Harry Potter fans, the famous Shell House was constructed here, and there's even a stone commemorating the beloved fictional character among the dunes. Otherwise, this is a fantastically large stretch of beach with perfect surfing conditions and one of the best mobile cafes in Britain, Cafe Mor - you must try a crab roll after a bracing swim in the sea!
If sailing is more your thing, then a trip to Dale is a must - 8 miles along winding roads takes you to this beautiful, red-pebbled beachside village where you can sail, surf, and fish in the sheltered bay. The food at The Griffin is superb, with one of the best selections of locally-caught fish around. Nearby Dale Fort is set in a spectacular location high above the cliffs and gives views out over St Bride's Bay northwards towards Marloes Sands, which is a 4-mile hike from here, as well as Skomer Island and up towards Britain's smallest city, St Davids.
While St Davids is a good drive North, it's well worth every minute as you take in the spectacular scenery on the way, passing gorgeous beaches such as Newgale and through pretty fishing villages such as Solva. The historic Cathedral named after Wales' patron saint who lived here during the 5th century, it gave this small, cobbled street, Dickensian hamlet city status in 1995, and visitors have been visiting this majestic and spiritual spot and the city's stunning array of local pubs, restaurants and independent shops for many years.
You're a short drive from one of the most spectacular market towns in the county, Pembroke. A magnificent stronghold on the banks of the Cleddau Estuary, Pembroke Castle is privately owned, very well maintained, and open to the public. It makes a lovely spot for exploration and family picnics. Exciting events are held on the grounds throughout the summer season including historical reenactments, music festivals, and falconry displays.
