Very comfortably furnished and well equipped. Nice welcome pack and owner helpful. Lovely big and enclosed garden for the dogs with additional fields to walk them in. A bit shocked to find no loo rolls on arrival although the owner did let us have a couple to keep us going. An information pack of how appliances worked, nearest doctor, vet, shop etc. would have been useful.

Thank you for your detailed review, we will pass your comments onto the owner, glad you and the dogs enjoyed your stay.

The property was fantastic, really well set up with everything we needed. Cosy, convenient, and comfortable. There were 9 of us, including 3 children, and the space, especially 2 living rooms, the kitchen and dining room, were ideal. We went at Christmas time and it was lovely and warm and we took full advantage of the log fire. The hosts were lovely. Jan was always on hand for any questions, always accommodating and absolutely ensured we had everything we needed. Even put up a few Xmas decs! Really lovely. The farmhouse is in a great location, a couple of miles from the beach, not far from Haverfordwest, St David's etc. We had a wonderful time at the property, at the beach, visiting the local areas....and it was in the dead of December! Can wait to return in the summertime!

This farmhouse in a peaceful setting in the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside not far from all local amenities and our 2 families stayed here at the beginning of August 2018. If you walk up the lane to the left of the property, the views out to the coast and the surrounding fields are beautiful. Its facilities are perfect for big families and can accommodate 9 persons more than comfortably. There are 2 spacious reception rooms with big, comfy sofas where people can spread out and 'do their own thing' especially on a wet day! You can watch TV, read, play games and even play the piano! Its a farmhouse where everyone can have their own personal space. There is a large and well equipped kitchen and an equally large eating area as well. That means you can have great fun doing family 'cook ins' and having meals around the table together. There are 5 good sized bedrooms all with comfy beds - all rooms have hand basins - all rooms are clean and airy. Beds have high quality mattresses and are made up with lovely bed linen and so its hard to get up in the morning! We found the 2 bathrooms with showers - one upstairs and one downstairs ideal for our needs. There is a useful laundry area too if needed. The outside area to the front of the farmhouse is ideal for eating and barbecuing - also star gazing! You can also slip away to the back of the farmhouse and sit in the garden on a sunny day with only the wildlife noises and farm noises to disturb you. Plenty of parking space to the front of the farmhouse is a real advantage - also plenty of space for storing outdoor equipment such as kayaks etc The owners are friendly and welcoming. They will share local knowledge and help you out in any way they can. This is a place where you can really witch off from the outside world to rest and recharge your batteries - We have always loved staying here and we will be back!

We had an amazing time this week. Weather was a bit wet at the beginning but then the rain was forced out by the sun. It didn't stop us enjoying the beach and the dogs enjoyed the meadow. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. Sad to go home. But we will definitely be back. Fantastic location, beautiful house perfect for the kids, adults and dogs alike. Thank you and see you soon.

We had an amazing week here. We were lucky with the weather. Just two cloudy days and the rest was sunshine. We had some great beach days at Nolton Haven, Bosherston, Marloes Sands and Caerfai. Fish and chips from 'Somethings Cooking' was great. Swimming at Haverfordwest Leisure Centre for the kids (when it rained) and a BBQ at the front [of the house] was all good. Brilliant House! Perfect for us and hopefully we'll be back. Thank you.

We really enjoyed the stay here. The walks and day activities and suggestions from you were great. All of the furniture was especially comfy and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. Olive loved making new friends with Max, Rosa and Holly. We hope whoever stays here after us has a lovely time as we did. Thank you. Sincere thanks to Jan and Chris who were perfect hosts for a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Upper Eweston. The house is perfect in proportion, comfortable and brilliantly equipped for the number of guests it can accommodate. Local information was readily available from the leaflets, print-outs and our hosts wealth of knowledge. Great location regardless of the weather. Riding with Nolton stables was a highlightand crabbing at Solvawas good fun too. Each day was topped off with drying clothes over the Raeburn and snuggling-up around the log burner , then sitting in the hot tub under the stars to the sounds of ........ nothing. Bliss. Thanks again.
