It rained. It poured. But it really didn't matter because the house is so comfortable and warm. Lovely days. Great walks. Brilliant time had by all including two dogs who loved romping in the meadow. Thank you.
Been coming to this area for years. Never to this place. Wow! difficult to beat this.
Another year here and it just gets better..... so many memories. This will always be my favourite place and will definitely be back; Trina. We first wrote in the visitors book 11 years ago. A very happy era. Lots of sailing, kayaking, crabbing, walking and beach antics, to name but a few activities. We've had GCSE, AS levels and A level results here by the dozen - always successfully. A well equipped property, 3 good sized reception rooms meant we are able to spread out and escape from each other!! How many meals have we cooked ?!! Chris and Jan - you have become wonderful friends. We'll be back.
Thank you for a wonderful home to base our holiday at, so well appointed; K'ti I thought that the cottage was lovely. I also love the big TV. Thank you Chris and Jan, you've been so kind to us all! Lovely time, great family home for many to enjoy. Lovely part of the world with lovely coastal walks. Pack your goretex and T-shirts as every day changes. B-B-Q great to finish an enjoyable day. Great to meet Chris and Jan.
Spacious and comfortable. Good range of domestic equipment for a large party. An enjoyable week. Thank you. Don't miss the lovely local walks, circular through woods, massive primroses - bluebells soon.
Great for our families to be together for this wonderful holiday. We have not missed a moment to explore. The farmhouse has provided us with everything we needed. A big thank you to Chris and his wife, especially to Chris for taking an interest in the POYER family research. Returning home reluctantly, but with happy memories of Eweston Farmhouse. Margaret and John Burge.
A lovely time in a lovely house. My boys loved the garden and all the space to run around in. A beautiful house in a beautiful place. Had a lovely week. Thank you. Great to catch up with all the family at a fantastic location and the dogs had a good time too. The size was perfect for 9 adults and three small children and 2 dogs. We had a fantastic week with all the family. Thanks From Scarborough
One of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in. More than enough equipment for us all. The garden was ideal for the 2 dogs. Thank you chris and Jan for the welcome pack - it was very nice. The weather was really kind to us all week and the grandchildren loved the duck race on Sunday.
I'm afraid we're going to sound like a broken record. In keeping with everyone else who has written in this book we too had a great experience at the farmhouse. We did our best to break everything but Chris and Jan were tireless in fixing our mishaps. The local beaches and walks are beautiful. The sea was warm(ish)! The nearby activity centres are great and we had no disasters on the golf course. If you are reading this just after you have arrived we wish you a wonderful week.
Thanks Jan and Chris for this beautiful cottage for a Christmas and birthday week. Great rooms, very warm and comfortable and the best stocked kitchen and dining room I've ever seen. Perfect for a lively Christmas dinner for 8. Thanks for the tips for places to visit as well as food shopping spots and for being so friendly and approachable hosts. A wonderful and memorable Christmas and 40th. Cheers. and thanks for decorating the house for Christmas for us as well and for your free shopping recommendations.
We had a super stay at the farmhouse. The house and facilities were just as we expected - perfect for the six of us. The two children (aged 3 and 1) had a super time in the garden, walking down to see the cows each day and playing the piano. The adults enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the spacious house. We know the area fairly well but being based here allowed us to visit some places we did not know and gave us a better perspective. Many thanks to Jan and Chris for their help in making us feel welcome.
We've had a really good celebration week. The farmhouse is really spacious. Kitchen very well equipped. Thank you. I really had a good stay. I like the rooms, the garden, and it's a good environment for the dog, Elvis. I loved it. Thank you. P.S. Good views. I really enjoyed staying here. I'm going to miss it. - Harry

Thank you Jan and Chris for a lovely stay - all our creature comforts - and you fixed the weather too!!
The perfect setting and perfect house for our family reunion. The surrounding coastal walks were stunning and we highly recommend a visit to Marloes Sands. Couldn't have asked for a better equipped house or a friendlier welcome.
Thank you for a very comfortable stay in this incredibly historic house and beautiful garden! The kitchen is brilliantly well equipped and it's a great place for big family groups. We have had a lovely holiday and 70th birthday celebration, having great fun at the duck race, St Davids, Solva and at Broadhaven.beach. Thank you.
A warm welcome from Jan, Chris and the dogs made a perfect start to our holiday. Lovely, well equipped accommodation made it perfect for our family holiday - from the 7 year old to the 92 year old. So much to do in the surrounding area. You even arranged very good weather. Many grateful thanks. Good Welcome by Jan & Chris - Good accommodation - hence, good holiday. My Thanks - Eric Taylor part of the Willis family.
A superb time spent in a lovely location - great welcome and goodies to great us. Nice field for walking the dogs. Thank you. I had a lovely time away! Nice accommodation and my bed was really comfy. Would definitely come again. Fantastic time! Thank you Chris and Jan ........ Chilled, calm and relaxed. Don't want to go home. Plus the sun was out.
We really enjoyed the stay here. The walks and day activities and suggestions from you were great. All of the furniture was especially comfy and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. Olive loved making new friends with Max, Rosa and Holly. We hope whoever stays here after us has a lovely time as we did. Thank you. Sincere thanks to Jan and Chris who were perfect hosts for a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Upper Eweston. The house is perfect in proportion, comfortable and brilliantly equipped for the number of guests it can accommodate. Local information was readily available from the leaflets, print-outs and our hosts wealth of knowledge. Great location regardless of the weather. Riding with Nolton stables was a highlightand crabbing at Solvawas good fun too. Each day was topped off with drying clothes over the Raeburn and snuggling-up around the log burner , then sitting in the hot tub under the stars to the sounds of ........ nothing. Bliss. Thanks again.
We had an amazing week here. We were lucky with the weather. Just two cloudy days and the rest was sunshine. We had some great beach days at Nolton Haven, Bosherston, Marloes Sands and Caerfai. Fish and chips from 'Somethings Cooking' was great. Swimming at Haverfordwest Leisure Centre for the kids (when it rained) and a BBQ at the front [of the house] was all good. Brilliant House! Perfect for us and hopefully we'll be back. Thank you.
We had an amazing time this week. Weather was a bit wet at the beginning but then the rain was forced out by the sun. It didn't stop us enjoying the beach and the dogs enjoyed the meadow. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. Sad to go home. But we will definitely be back. Fantastic location, beautiful house perfect for the kids, adults and dogs alike. Thank you and see you soon.
The property was fantastic, really well set up with everything we needed. Cosy, convenient, and comfortable. There were 9 of us, including 3 children, and the space, especially 2 living rooms, the kitchen and dining room, were ideal. We went at Christmas time and it was lovely and warm and we took full advantage of the log fire. The hosts were lovely. Jan was always on hand for any questions, always accommodating and absolutely ensured we had everything we needed. Even put up a few Xmas decs! Really lovely. The farmhouse is in a great location, a couple of miles from the beach, not far from Haverfordwest, St David's etc. We had a wonderful time at the property, at the beach, visiting the local areas....and it was in the dead of December! Can wait to return in the summertime!

great farmhouse.everything was perfect.warm clean cosy yet spacious.very well equipped .owners were very friendly and welcoming
This farmhouse in a peaceful setting in the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside not far from all local amenities and our 2 families stayed here at the beginning of August 2018. If you walk up the lane to the left of the property, the views out to the coast and the surrounding fields are beautiful. Its facilities are perfect for big families and can accommodate 9 persons more than comfortably. There are 2 spacious reception rooms with big, comfy sofas where people can spread out and "do their own thing" especially on a wet day! You can watch TV, read, play games and even play the piano! Its a farmhouse where everyone can have their own personal space. There is a large and well equipped kitchen and an equally large eating area as well. That means you can have great fun doing family "cook ins" and having meals around the table together. There are 5 good sized bedrooms all with comfy beds - all rooms have hand basins - all rooms are clean and airy. Beds have high quality mattresses and are made up with lovely bed linen and so its hard to get up in the morning! We found the 2 bathrooms with showers - one upstairs and one downstairs ideal for our needs. There is a useful laundry area too if needed. The outside area to the front of the farmhouse is ideal for eating and barbecuing - also star gazing! You can also slip away to the back of the farmhouse and sit in the garden on a sunny day with only the wildlife noises and farm noises to disturb you. Plenty of parking space to the front of the farmhouse is a real advantage - also plenty of space for storing outdoor equipment such as kayaks etc The owners are friendly and welcoming. They will share local knowledge and help you out in any way they can. This is a place where you can really witch off from the outside world to rest and recharge your batteries - We have always loved staying here and we will be back!
