About Trefrane House

Handsome Pembrokeshire holiday home sleeps 8 near Newgale & Nolton Haven

  • A spacious 19th century Pembrokeshire former farmhouse, newly and lovingly renovated to the highest residential standards with wide, sweeping views over open rolling countryside to the sea and inland to the tower of Roch Castle high on the skyline.
  • Surrounded by NT farmland (part of the recently acquired Southwood Estate) and within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Lovely, clean and well appointed house. Plenty of space for eight people. Would definitely recommend.

Cottage is great size for 2 families but just a little tired and needs some more home comforts. It was great to have a large secure garden for the kids. A tumble dryer would be good abd the matresses were quite hard.

Lovely location but house was a bit tired with decor, bedding and bath mats needing update. Both can openers in kitchen were broken so had to resort to Swiss Army knife.

Trefrane House is ideal for families with a dog. However, some of the linen - particularly in the bathroom, is old and torn.

Guestbook Comments

If you've ever visited a holiday cottage before, you most likely have seen a guestbook in the property for guests to leave a review for others when they arrive. Each of the following comments was lovingly left by people just like you in the guestbook left at Trefrane House.

The perfect holiday stay - can't rate it highly enough! We had a wonderful stay at Trefrane House and Lodge with lots of family at the end of August / early September. What a beautiful house - so much space. Everything we could possibly need. The owners bent over backwards to make sure everything we needed was there. Great outdoor space too for our football-crazy boys. Such a lovely place to come back to at the end of a beach day. An easy walk to Newgale beach and the beautiful coastal paths. It really is as lovely as it looks in the photographs.
