Beautifully designed house, very spacious. Lovely location close to beach and coast path. We walked to broad haven and back and enjoyed exploring the abandoned slate quarry. Pretty well enclosed garden, stretching half way up hillside which our dog loved. Some issues with damp in the downstairs bathroom which could do with sorting. Very nasty smell. Heating system was also a bit temperamental. Would not come on at all on our first night. Tried ringing caretaker and left voicemail but no response at all. Eventually managed to get it going late at night but house was by then freezing. Also seemed to be boiling hot in living room but insufficient elsewhere.

We had the best time at the Burgage. We loved the house, the floor to ceiling windows letting in so much light, the balcony for a evening G&T, the lovely garden which our dog loved and the location, just 5 minutes walk from the beach at Nolton Haven. So many lovely places to visit, including numerous coast paths to walk, pretty villages to visit (we loved Little Haven) and riding on the fabulous beach at Druidston! We happened to pick a week of sunshine, pretty much every day, which always helps, but we think we'd have loved it here no matter what the weather. We have already booked for the same time next year.

Spacious accommodation, large garden, well equipped kitchen, great location. Pity the WiFi is so poor, we needed to reset at least 3 times a day just for email no use for games or iPlayer!

Great time. Location great for the dogs, they had plenty of room. Local pub bit of a let down but beach was close and kids loved it.
