Guest Book Comments

Great time. Location great for the dogs, they had plenty of room. Local pub bit of a let down but beach was close and kids loved it.

Brilliant place to stay, it is so individual. Just a few minutes stroll away from the pretty cove of Nolton Haven which we often had to ourselves. We have stayed in the Burgage at Christmas and now in the spring, we will definitely come again.

Lynne Duncombe - 14th May 2018

This very eye-catching house is in a wonderfully secluded location very close to the beach at Nolton Haven and offering 2 acres of grass, woods and a little river (with muddy banks) for any dog to enjoy. Usually when my wife and I rent a holiday home there is always something missing - but not with this house; it is truly well equipped. We never had to mess around with the central heating - it performed wonderfully all by itself. Although it did not detract from our comfort - quite a few light bulbs need replacing! A large flat-screen TV plus Sky Q takes care of relaxed evenings at home - although it would be nice to tell renters the PIN for Sky (the last four digits of the Card Number which can be found on the Sky Q Box) in order to be able to watch all downloads! The "User Manual" for the house is pretty complete - although I have the feeling that a little update is overdue!? Also a little bit overdue is a little TLC in the area of painting and sealing to make a great house even better. All in all, we - and the dog - enjoyed our one week stay at The Burgage.

Alan Martin - 3rd May 2018

A lovely property with a large garden and the house had everything that we could of needed, i loved staying in this house, and will come back again.

Madeleine Phillips - 21st March 2018

Absolutely lovely. Suitable for all our family. We all had the best time. It felt homely from the word go and we were sorry to leave. We were just a little concerned that the garden was quite as enclosed as stated. We had 2 dogs! Our dogs didn't go out but others came to visit! The large double doors were rather difficult to open and shut! Small things but worth a mention.
