The Mill

The Mill is a charming barn conversion situated in Rhosfach on a former dairy farm, nestled in the foothills of the Preseli Mountains with spectacular views across rural countryside.

• One of three cottages converted from stone farm outbuildings, Mill Cottage has been sympathetically converted into a 1 bedroom luxury holiday cottage with both traditional and contemporary features throughout
• Sleeping 2 adults, the double bedroom is on the 1st-floor mezzanine level (reached via stairs from the sitting room), with an ensuite bathroom. Velux windows allow the light to flood in. A stable door gives access to a flight of external stairs to the ground level
• On the ground floor, a stable door leads from the garden/patio to the open plan living area, with high ceilings and exposed A-frame beams. A wood-burning stove and traditional slate tiled floor with underfloor heating makes this a cosy space to relax in, with smart, comfortable and contemporary furniture and furnishings throughout
• Well equipped galley kitchen and dining area, open plan
• Spectacular countryside views from the garden/patio with Rattan furniture and barbeque, great for al-fresco dining
• Guests also have access to a large communal garden, providing additional log seating, a campfire area and a running stream all of which add to the calm and tranquillity of the natural setting. Light a fire and stargaze. Lake in the grounds.
• Pet-friendly facilities, a private enclosed space for dogs and long country walks into the Preselis
• The owners' good-natured rare breed Belted Galloway cows graze in the paddock adding to the rural experience - say hello to these friendly creatures!
• Part of a tasteful conversion, The Mill adjoins onto a further two cottages; The Byre and The Milking Parlour. Together they can accommodate up to ten guests which ideal for a large party booking.

Grounds a stable door opens to an enclosed patio-garden laid with slate, lawn and stone, barbecue, hot tub and rattan garden furniture. Garden gate access to the communal garden with further seating and campfire facilities. You also have access to a lake on site. Complimentary firepit logs available in the lean-to shed.

Communal Utility Room with washing machine and freezer in the shed to the rear of the cottage.
