Overall house was nice. Playroom was a great asset. Poor quality bed linen and mattresses let it down somewhat. The outdoor space was unlandscaped but the view was lovely.

Excellent. Lovely well equipped warm house with plenty of room and a good family feel. Excellent grounds for the kids to run around. Probably the best "large" house we've stayed in. Would definitely recommend it.
