The photos do not do this cottage enough justice. It is so spacious and relaxing. Has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The garden and hot tub were great to enjoy the sunshine. The best thing was it was under 1km to walk into Saundersfoot. An easy walk to get to all the shops and restaurants. Lots of choices for food and shops. Beautiful beaches. Sea was lovely and clean. Had the best stay as a large family and would book again!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect cottage in an ideal location. We found the house to be charming with plenty of room for us all. It was incredibly well equipped with oodles of books and games to keep the whole family occupied. The kitchen had everything you would need even down to a Nutri Bullet blender! We loved the hot tub. My husband really enjoyed the preparation involved with the wood burning heating which forces you to slow down and was definitely worth it looking up at the stars at the end of the day. The short distance to the beach was ideal for the kids and we even took the scenic route over to Tenby via the costal path. We found Saundersfoot itself to be a lovely place to visit and all the shops and most cafe's were very welcoming of dogs too. We will take away very fond memories of our trip and have already decided we will return again soon.

Places to Eat:
There is a great choice to suit all tastes in Saundersfoot village - whether it's a special meal or a family outing. Restaurants include Mulberry, The Stone Crab, Mermaid on The Strand, Coast and St Brides Hotel, as well as cafes, coffee shops, fish & chips and take-aways.

Within easy reach is a wide variety of things to do for all the family:
A visit to lively and ever-popular Tenby is a must with its shops, pubs, restaurants and miles of golden sands - a boat trip to the monk's island of Caldey during the summer months is a real treat.

Nearby Narberth is a small ancient thriving market town with a ruined castle and a mixture of small independent shops, including a fishmonger, butcher, grocer, delicatessen, wonderful cake shops, art and craft galleries, antique shops, pubs and restaurants - great for gift shopping and recently recognised as one of the best high streets in the UK.

Pembrokeshire Coastal Path
At low tide, stroll across golden sands from Saundersfoot with its Blue Flag beach and secluded Monkstone Beach.
The Coastal Path runs in either direction via a flat path suitable for bikes/wheelchairs towards Coppet Hall Beach and onto the smal village of Amroth (the start or end of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path), or to Tenby in the other direction.

Join one of Craig Evans's Coastal Foraging courses around Saundersfoot. You'll discover all about sea vegetables, learn about the seashore environment, then forage for wild delicacies. If circumstances permit, Craig will cook some of your discoveries so that you can appreciate the flavours of the Pembrokeshire coast while sitting on the shore.

Activity Parks
Multi award-winning Folly Farm or the Dinosaur Park (over 30 in the woods) for the young ones, Oakwood Park (exhilarating rides),  Heatherton Country Sports Park (go-karts, paintballing etc), Pembrokeshire Wake Park (Aqua Park), and Manor House Wildlife Park.

In the heart of the Pembrokeshire National Park sits the multi-award-winning Lawrenny 'Quayside' tearoom - enjoy delicious local produce in an idyllic waterside setting. Alternatively head just down the road to the National Trust Colby Woodland Gardens for cakes and ice-cream after an explore and turn on the rope swing!

Pembrokeshire Castles
There are many magnificent castles within easy driving distance, each well worth a visit including beautiful Carew & its Tidal Mill, historic Manorbier & its pretty sheltered beach, imposing Pembroke birthplace of Henry VII and grand Picton with its lovely gardens.

St Brides Hotel & Spa
Indulge in a treat and try a Spa day at this luxury hotel designed around its spectacular view over Saundersfoot Harbour and Carmarthen Bay.
