Why we recommend Harmon Vale...

An ideal base for families and friends wishing to enjoy a relaxing holiday or a fun-filled escape. Set above the picturesque village of Solva, this modern townhouse is pet-friendly home and just minutes from the harbour front and Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.

About Harmon Vale

One could be forgiven for thinking they had arrived in New England when approaching Harmon Vale - no expense was spared in the sleek finish of this welcoming modern townhouse.

  • This brand new contemporary three storey house is set in an elevated position above the picturesque village of Solva.
  • From the huge sun-drenched picture windows and glass Juliette balconies you can enjoy the breathtaking view over Solva's rooftops to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and rugged St Brides Bay beyond.
  • This semi-detached townhouse has all you need for friends and family to gather - five ensuite bedrooms, open plan kitchen/diner/living space, parking and a hot tub for relaxing after busy days exploring.
  • Throughout the property there is a quiet colour palette with occasional bold striking hues, light solid oak trim and hard wearing weathered oak Amtico flooring have been used throughout - great for days coming back from the beach or dog walks.
  • There are modern features throughout this upside down house - the hallways are automatically lit, there are generous rain showers, and local modern art which is changed from time to time.
  • On the ground floor there are three spacious ensuite bedrooms leading off from the entrance hall, two of these are doubles and the rear bedroom has twin beds which are zip and link so can be made as a double if preferred.
  • Upstairs on the first floor is a vast open plan room made for socialising, flooded with natural light from floor to ceiling sliding windows. It is fitted out for comfortable sitting, elegant dining and efficient, companionable cooking. From here you can access the garden.
  • On the second floor there is a further king size master bedroom at the front, with a huge window overlooking St Brides Bay. A twin bedroom at the back has zip and link twin beds,. The two bedrooms share a large 5 piece Jack and Jill bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet, wash hand basin and a separate walk-in rain shower, touch sensitive lighting and automatic demisting mirrors.
  • The enclosed garden terrace is accessed via a side path and 12 steps or via a door from the kitchen. This bold functional space with hot tub, heavy recycled plastic benches and outdoor dining suite and a stainless steel wall mounted barbecue with space grill, all softened by large potted palms. There are outdoor games, a few surfboards and a 3 seater kayak available for guests to use as well as secure storage for bikes. An outdoor shower is provided, perfect for sandy children and dogs.
