The cottage was perfectly comfortable and is in the most wonderful little verdant valley however it felt a little unloved and lacked some of the attention to detail that we have experienced in other cottages in the area.

Shortly after we arrived the young father staying the the adjoining cottage knocked and asked us to look in our cottage for a travel cot and high chair. He explained that he had been in touch with the caretaker who said they had been left in our cottage by mistake. After an extensive search we found the cot in the eves of a bedroom but no high chair. Much later we found the high chair seat behind the boiler but no chair legs. The guy next door again texted the caretaker who said the legs where somewhere in our cottage and said they lived an hours drive away so were reluctant to come out. Our search went on over the weekend. On Monday morning the caretaker arrived at our cottage and went straight to a locked cupboard and found the chair legs. It was obvious she knew exactly where they were. Fortunately the young couple with the baby were lovely and we were happy to help but this issue should have been resolved on Saturday evening. Although our cottage was clean and comfortable inside outside the garden was in need of a lot of work. It was extremely overgrown and the steps were uneven and could be dangerous to the elderly and young children. The ivy completely covered the pergola in the adjoining cottage and neither gardens resembled your web sight.

Idyllic location for a spacious, comfortable cottage. A real hideaway, peaceful spot with easy access to all the delights of Pembrokeshire. The garden is a secret delight although it could do with some tidying up now.

A very comfortable, well-equipped and agreeably sited cottage just a few minutes away from the delightful village of Solva. Plenty of space, both inside and out.

As always we have had a wonderful stay and hate to leave! Our third visit to this cottage. Thank you very much and hope to be able to be able to come back next year! Wonderful weather and lots of sightings of seals and their pups.

Pembrokeshire is as lovely as ever an especially so with the great weather we have had. Love the cottage and its situation & woodland views. The local mill has fantastic products on sale - much better than the other mill (on the north coast). Thank you.

A beautiful setting for relaxation! We've loved the garden and been lucky to enjoy BBQs on the terrace. We've enjoyed the picnics out with the girls at Whitesands and loved Bosherston Lily Ponds - an oasis for insect life. On a rainy day - if you have little ones - we'd recommend the Blue Lagoon, our 3 years olds had a great time.
