Lovely historic house. Very clean. Better even than the photos. Great place to stay. No one wanted to leave!
Llysgennydd (Kenneths Court) was the perfect getaway for our group. The house was immaculate when we arrived and it was clear lots of care and effort had been put in to make this house welcoming and safe during this period of the pandemic. All bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is a great family space with everything you could need. The living areas were cosy and charming. The house is full of character! The WiFi in the house also worked perfectly. We were able to steam live sport and Netflix in the evenings with no problem at all.The garden was spacious and pet friendly. It was a lovely space to relax in the evening sun. There is ample parking and secure gates that could be closed to protect children or pets from the road.Overall we had a lovely stay and would certainly return.
Nice property but a few shortcomings. On busy main road, not really safe for a dog, nternet broke and slow to be fixed.

We are sorry to hear that you had problems, our website does state that the property is 'Set back from the Fishguard to St Davids road' and we never state that a garden is safe for dogs as they can escape from anywhere. Apologies for the wifi problems we will contact the owner regarding this matter.
Weather rather dull and a bit wet so sorry no photos. the accommodation was well presented and spacious.

Thank you for your review, so pleased that you enjoyed your stay despite the weather.
Llysgennyd is a well-maintained, spacious and well-equipped house. It is comfortably and attractively furnished and feels light and airy. There is ample parking space and a large, private, lawned garden. The footpaths nearby lead onto interesting walks eg over the Dowrog Common etc. It's a short drive into St Davids from there or to Whitesands Bay.
If you've ever visited a holiday cottage before, you most likely have seen a guestbook in the property for guests to leave a review for others when they arrive. Each of the following comments was lovingly left by people just like you in the guestbook left at Llysgennydd (Kenneths Court).
What a lovely week we have had in such an interesting house. Great experience for our kids who called it their princess castle. So much space, well equipped, comfortable house, lovely log fires. Maggie was very helpful.
