• Porth Sychan easily accessible from Lighthouse Watch is an ideal place from which to observe coastal wildlife including dolphins, porpoise and sometimes whales.

• An easy drive away is the village of Goodwick which has a Tesco Express, small shops, a post office, restaurants, takeaway's and pubs serving food, a Tourist Information Centre and a daily ferry service to Ireland.

Fishguard Bay & Market Town

• Fishguard Bay is a huge stretch of water - wonderful for water sports, sailing, wind surfing, water skiing and Fishguard itself is a small, timeless market town with a variety of shops, including a bank, post office, internet cafe, supermarket, filling station, chemist, doctor and vet and also a cinema and leisure centre. Fishguard Farmers Market is held every Saturday and a weekly market every Thursday.
