Lovely positioned cottage for peace &quiet. One of the sofas has completely gone at one side so very uncomfortable. Both single mattresses were saggy and are also in need of replacing!Kitchen equipment, pots and pans needed a good washing!Considering we had to vacate the cottage at 9.30am & next visitors werent allowed in till 5.30pm....there would have been time for the extra cleaning needed...including vacuuming the floors and carpets to make them dog hair free!!!!!
Loved the location. The view from the conservatory was beautiful, and we found lovely walks from the house. Also found the cottage to be clean and comfortable and very dog friendly as the garden is fully enclosed.

Delighted that you enjoyed your stay at Ty Pegi and enjoyed the walks from the house.
Lovely cosy cottage in peaceful surroundings and magnificent views. Very well appointed and really dog-friendly. Plenty of excellent walking nearby - we did circular walk taking in Strumble Head straight from the cottage. Would certainly return.
Ty Pegi was a delightful cottage to stay in for the week! The location was superb - quiet, remote and stunning views. The facilities were adequate, we loved having the choice of bath or shower, we would have appreciated a DVD player to watch a film to two in the evenings, as unbelievably, sometimes it was too hot to sit out! The beds were very comfortable with lovely cool bed linen. We used the outside furniture to the max - we were lucky to exprience the heatwave, so had breakfasts and evening meals outside, where we could enjoy the fantastic sunshine and later on the sunsets! The cottage location was brilliant for access to great walking, beaches and local shopping. We would definitely stay again because of its location!
Comfortable and in a very quiet relaxing location. Clean and well stocked. Lovely touches such as the milk, cakes and ice cream on arrival. We couldn't find tbe dvd player although it was listed in the brochure. Please supply if it is listed or remove from brochure if the playr does not exist.
If you've ever visited a holiday cottage before, you most likely have seen a guestbook in the property for guests to leave a review for others when they arrive. Each of the following comments was lovingly left by people just like you in the guestbook left at Ty Pegi.
A truly wonderful holiday Thank you for the binoculars, the sun loungers, the comfy sofa, the extremely comfy beds, the honesty box for the phone, the peace, tranquility and the view,This place redefines the word silence.
We have really enjoyed our week here in Ty PegiThe Cottage is so tastefully decorated & well equipped. We have especially loved sitting in the sunroom, bird and view watching and log fires in the eveningCoastal walks - magnificent!! What a super find ! Thanks to all concerned
Remember this week? All of E. Britain buried in snow? Lowest November temperature in Wales? We had 0 degrees centigrade, blue sky's - sunburnt & frostbite in equal measure. And we loved itA marvellous, snug, tastefully renovated little cottage. Terrific scenery, walks... everythingSo sorry to leave.
Such a magical place, this is our second visit, surfing at Whitesands and Newgale, swimming at Abermawr ( only way to enjoy coolish weather! although we did have a beautiful sunny week)Wonderful cottage Thanks. Melanie
We really enjoyed our 2 weeks here. Strumble Head is fantastic place to see birds and other wildlife and we have spent many an hour at the Lighthouse sea watching - 7 Sunfish, Dolphin, Porpoise, Seal, Chough, Peregrine, Hobby, Skuas, to name a few. Cottage has kept us warm and cosy and still able to watch wildlife from the lovely conservatory.
