Great views and well-equipped kitchen. Convenient for access to all of Tenby. Big issue though is the fact that there are no rubbish bins so we had to carry bags of rubbish into town.

House is well located, huge, lots of stairs. I found the layout puzzling as lounge split so more stair needing climbing and might make more sense to have bathrooms next to bedrooms. The views are fantastic and all town amenities v close. The lower part of the house is a great space for living and looking out to sea. The floor needs fixing in the lounge and bathroom - this should be done, and front door massively in need of lagging and draft-proofing - esp. as heating not included off season, I think. If you're being really honest with people you should mention the restaurant next door with the terrace - there's both noise and a kitchen outlet fan very close. in summer this could be pretty annoying and impact on the balcony and ground floor bedroom.

Ty Mair is a beautiful, character Georgian house in an excellent location. The accommodation was clean, generally very good and everything we needed was provided. We were very happy with our stay there. Thank you very much.

Well appointed kitchen. Bedrooms underwhelming, especially the ones at the front of the property.. It would be so ideal to have bath towels provided at the property, as is the norm with all other holiday cottages we have hired. The downstairs open plan kitchen/dining with the glorious view out to the sea is the highlight of this house for me.
