This lovely property nestled in the heart of the quiet village of Square and Compass, that provides a comfortable and relaxing family escape for groups of up to four. Llwyndyrys offers traditional features and provides stunning sea views of the adjacent countryside. The result is a lovely family home, perfectly positioned to explore the delights of Pembrokeshire and the surrounding Counties.
Set in a small village, you're getting a peaceful stay while being just 15 minutes away from the Uk's smallest city St. Davids, where you'll find a plethora of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and pubs plus an abundance of activities to keep you entertained during your stay. You're also just minutes away from the famous Pembrokeshire coastline, which is in full view from most of the windows at Llwyndyrys.
This family-friendly house is very welcoming and is like a home away from home, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay and easily accommodates all 4 guests in two upstairs bedrooms, one twin and one double.
Llwyndyrys is well-equipped, thus to make your stay hassle-free and relaxing, its open plan kitchen/dining area makes for the perfect social setting for a small family or a foursome.
Outside, you'll find a patio area with a bench, this space leads on to a large grassed garden, ideal to sit and relax with friends or a good book, the area receives the afternoon and evening sun and is therefore perfect to unwind after an activity-filled day.

1 Double, and 1 Twin on the 1st floor, both offer bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, wooden flooring and ample storage space.
The lounge area leads directly off from the kitchen/dining area which allows for cohesion for all guests - perfect to keep an eye on the children while cooking. A traditional brick surround fireplace runs along the main feature wall in the lounge, which is also home to the large SMART television, you will also find a comfortable sofa and an armchair, which will fit everyone in for a cosy night of relaxing, watching a film or maybe even playing a game around the table.
The stylish kitchen has an oven with a hob unit and wall-mounted cupboards for crockery, the area is well-equipped with, a dishwasher, cafetiere, microwave and fridge/freezer. The views on offer from the window are truly fantastic.
Grounds - the side/rear offers a patio area with a bench, which leads to a large grassed garden. The patio area at the front is fully enclosed and is closed off by a latched gate.

Comfortable and well equipped cottage, however located on a busy main road, parking immediately adjacent by the road (not overly safe) and overpriced for what it offers.
Super home from home with everything you could need.
Excellent cottage comfortable and had everything you could possibly need for a good holiday. tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds.In an ideal position for St Davids or Fishguard.

Square & Compass
Filling Station and mini market is well stocked with groceries, local produce, bakery goods, excellent locally made cakes, newspapers, beach goods, gifts and more. There is also a good pub, also called Square & Compass, which does excellent takeaway food. St Davids 7 miles away has a range of amenities including bank, post office, internet cafe, supermarket, chemist, vet, doctor, filling station and interesting independent shops. Pub 300 yards.
Mathry & St Davids Peninsula
This North Pembrokeshire cottage is in an area with magnificent coastal scenery and wonderful cliff top walking along the National Park Coastal Path. The Farmers Arms Mathry is a delightful village pub serving good food and across the road is Siop Fach, a professionally run tearoom and shop selling collectables. There are several small sandy coves and beaches are within a short drive and there are fast (or slow) boat trips from St Davids.
St Davids & Cathedral
St Davids with its medieval Cathedral and ruined Bishops' Palace is sure to please - small, intimate shops, art galleries, restaurants and Fishguard, a small busy market town with the Irish Sea Ferry Terminal at Goodwick is also within easy reach.
For a closer look at the best historic and prehistoric sites in Pembrokeshire arrange an Archaeotour around Nevern & Pentre Ifan, Strumble Head or the Preseli hills. The tour will include the services of an archaeologist guide, transport and refreshments. 07890 155538
Solva Woollen Mill
The oldest working woollen mill in Pembrokeshire specialising in woven floor rugs and carpets. Visited by Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall who admired the newly restored water wheel. The mill is open all year and visitors can see the loom in action.
Yet y Gors Fishing Lakes
Keen fisher folk might enjoy a day fishing at Yet y Gors Trout Lakes, Manorowen near Fishguard. The lakes are stocked with fish upwards of 2lbs. Hire a rod and buy tackle on-site. Hot & cold snacks are available too.
